Global demand for photo & video creation keeps rising.

The world now speaks in photos and reels – every business, expert and creator publishes visual content daily, and the tools behind it have become one of the fastest-growing consumer software categories.

The photo editing software market is valued at about $14 billion in 2025 and is projected to reach $37 billion by 2035 (Market Research Future, ~10% CAGR). And it already pays better than any other niche: Photo & Video is the top-earning subscription app category, with $124/month median first-year revenue versus $72 market-wide (RevenueCat, State of Subscription Apps 2026).

What has been built – and what comes next

2018

The First Touch

Muza is founded. First experiments with mobile photography – how an image works, what makes a shot feel professional – and the first editing features ship to real users.

2020–2024

The Foundation

Deep engineering years: our own photo and video editing core, a custom camera, retouch and background tools, the rendering pipeline and content database. Serious, fundamental development – the hard pixels, built in-house.

2025

The AI Layer

The turn from editor to team: AI agents for strategy, content planning and copywriting, built on top of the editing stack. The product learns to answer the real question – what should I post?

NOW • 2026

Release & First Cohorts

The first release version of Muza with its AI team goes live on iPhone. Test traffic, real funnel metrics, onboarding and paywall optimization – learning before scaling.

2027

Scale

Budgets follow cohorts, not the calendar: Meta acquisition grows toward ~$80K/month, new channels enter testing, web onboarding and Android move into research.

2028

Multi-Channel

Web onboarding goes live, Android enters development, macOS and the web app enter research. TikTok, Google and AppLovin mature alongside Meta – paid acquisition grows toward $250K/month.

2029

Global

Android goes live. Localized listings expand across markets, budgets reach $350K/month, and unit economics compound as the business segment deepens.

2030

The Platform

Web app, macOS and Android tablet live, B2B API opens for partners. Muza grows from an app into the platform pages run on – the AI team, available to everyone.

We believe the next generation of creative tools will be powered by on-device AI - fast, private and available to everyone, not just professionals. Muza is our bet on that future.

FAQ

  • What is Muza?
Muza is an AI team for social media growth that fits in your pocket. Instead of handing someone a generic editing tool, Muza starts by learning who you are or what your business stands for – your niche, your current profile, your competitors – and only then builds the strategy, content, and visuals around that. The goal stated on the outcome side is simple: help more people discover you, remember you, follow you, and choose you. Editing, generation, scheduling, and trend-tracking are all just the mechanics that make that outcome possible, not separate products bolted together.
  • Who is Muza built for?
Muza serves three core audiences, all through the same underlying product.

For creators, it works as a personal AI strategist rather than a one-off content tool: a creator who's inconsistent about posting, unsure what topics resonate, and doesn't have a manager to plan a content calendar gets exactly that – a strategist that studies what's already worked, a weekly schedule, and ready-to-publish content and captions tied to that schedule, all without hiring a social media manager, a designer, or a content strategist separately.

For small and mid-sized businesses that don't have a full marketing department, Muza replaces what would otherwise be three separate hires – an SMM specialist, a designer, and an analyst – with one app that understands the brand's positioning, plans what to post and when, produces the actual visuals and copy, and tracks what's trending in the niche, so the owner can run their social presence without building an internal team first.

And for anyone who mainly wants professional-grade photo and video editing, Muza includes a genuinely powerful AI editor – face and body retouching, style changes, generation of new visuals – that brings content to a professional level in seconds.
  • Muza vs. a regular photo editor: what's different?
A regular editor, or a basic filter app – takes one input (a photo) and gives you one output (an edited photo). It has no memory of your brand, your audience, or your posting history, and it doesn't care what happens after you export the image.

Muza works the other way around: before it touches a single pixel, it already knows who you are, what's worked for you before, and what your next post is supposed to achieve. The edited photo or generated visual is the last step of that process, shaped by everything that came before it – not the first and only step.
  • How does your AI team work?
Muza is a team of five specialized roles, each responsible for its own stage of the journey from "who you are" to "a finished post":

Analyst – first figures out who this brand is and what has already worked. It studies the user's profile, screenshots, the brand's website, and competitor profiles.

Strategist – turns that analysis into a concrete 7-day schedule: which day, what time, what format for each post.

Content Manager – checks the schedule daily and picks 1–3 live ideas that fit the needed format from a bank of ready ideas, hooks, and trends.

AI Creator – writes and creates the content itself based on the approved idea.

Director – the conversational front office sitting on top of the whole team: it knows the facts about the profile, plan, and give recommendations.
  • Why do you get a unique result instead of templated content?
Because the result is built not on a single generic prompt, but on a chain of five roles, each working with the real data of that specific user – from the Analyst breaking down their actual profile and competitors, to the Strategist's schedule built around their specific posting windows.

Take two fitness coaches in the same city and the same niche: if one already has a loyal audience responding to long-form transformation stories and the other is just starting out with no posting history, the Analyst produces two completely different starting points, and everything downstream – schedule, ideas, content – follows from that difference. Neither gets a "fitness niche template"; they each get a plan built from their own data.
  • How long does it take to "train" the app for the best results?
There's no waiting period required before Muza becomes useful: right after analyzing the user's current profile, the system already creates unique content on its own, from day one.

But the more actively a user engages with Muza afterward – adding data, tasks, references, avatars, and their own creative vision – the more precise and higher-quality the result becomes over time, since the Analyst has more real signal to work with.

In practice, most users only need about one day of back-and-forth to set up all their presets (tone, visual style, recurring formats) to their liking – after that, going from an idea to finished, ready-to-post content takes just minutes.
  • What does Muza's photo and video editor include?
Muza includes a powerful AI photo and video editor covering the areas most requested by creators and small brands: face and body retouching, hairstyle changes, makeup application, age adjustment (both younger and older), and body reshaping.

Alongside editing, the same module generates entirely new visuals – portraits, creative concepts, and short videos with cinematic effects – from a text prompt, so a user isn't limited to only reworking photos they already have.
  • How do coins work in Muza?
When a user subscribes, they receive a set number of coins – the app's internal currency, spent on generations and other AI actions such as creating a new visual or regenerating a caption.

If you need more during a busy stretch – say, prepping content for a launch week – you can top up and purchase additional coins at any time during use, so you're never blocked mid-workflow waiting for a renewal date.

On top of that, as usage continues, the system better "remembers" the user's preferences, so results hit the mark on the first try more often – meaning every coin gets spent more efficiently over time, with fewer wasted re-generations.
  • What does Muza's AI team actually consist of?
Each of the five roles – Analyst, Strategist, Content Manager, AI Creator, Director – already exists today as a separate service with its own prompt and a clear input/output contract between it and the next role in the chain.

This isn't one universal chatbot pretending to wear different hats; it's a working pipeline with a real division of responsibility, much like an actual marketing team where the strategist doesn't do the analyst's job and the copywriter doesn't set the posting schedule.

This matters for two reasons beyond the product story: first, it means each role can be improved or swapped independently – a better model or data source for the Analyst doesn't require touching the Content Manager or Creator.

Second, it's precisely this modular architecture that lets each role grow over time into an independent AI agent that can act on its own initiative, rather than remaining a one-off executor of a single request – which is the direction the roadmap is already headed, not a hypothetical pivot.
  • What is Muza's competitive advantage?
Most competitors cover only one part of the cycle: either editing or scheduling and analytics – a user typically stitches two or three separate subscriptions together to cover the full workflow.

Muza is the only product in this comparison that unifies the entire path – understanding the brand, building a strategy, producing the content and visuals, and tracking trend performance – inside one app. This isn't just a positioning claim; it's already a working modular architecture of five roles with clear contracts between them.

That architecture creates two compounding advantages that are hard for single-function competitors to quickly replicate: first, it's structurally difficult to bolt a strategy layer onto a pure editing app (or vice versa) without a rebuild; second, the more a user's Analyst layer learns about their specific brand over time, the more switching to a competitor means starting that personalization over from zero.
  • What editing tools does Muza offer?
Muza is an all-in-one photo & video AI editor with a wide toolset:

Face Editing – flawless skin, facial reshaping, one-tap makeup, and a full range of lip and eye enhancements
Body Tune – refine bust, hips, waist, glutes, arms, or shins; works best on short videos where the full body and face are visible
Video Editor – AI object detection (faces, bodies, backgrounds), filters, overlays, music, background replacement, text and stickers, QR codes and textures, and in-video collages
Multiple-Face Editing – automatically detects each face in a photo or video and lets you edit them individually
Selective Editing – AI-generated or hand-drawn masks for precise background/foreground edits and targeted overlays
Collages – actual or custom sizes, with ready-made templates (editorial, magazine, cards, and more)
Camera & Poses – pose suggestions by category (man, woman, couple) directly in the camera, for better shots on the spot

Because all of these live in one app, you can go from a raw photo to a fully polished, ready-to-post piece of content without switching tools.
