Ownership of Content

All rights to the content available on the Muza platform, including but not limited to photo and video presets, templates, illustrations, written materials, and audio files (“Content”), are owned and controlled exclusively by ONCREATE LTD. Users are not granted any rights to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the Content except as expressly permitted within the platform.

All content available on the Muza platform is created, owned, and managed by ONCREATE LTD (“Company”). The Company holds all necessary rights to publish, distribute, and make the content accessible to Users through the platform. All materials are designed to be suitable for audiences aged 13 and older and comply with applicable laws and content standards.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes within the Muza platform. No ownership rights are transferred to Users, and all intellectual property remains the exclusive property of the Company.

Ownership of Platform and Brand

All rights to the Muza software, mobile application, databases, source code, AI models, designs, and infrastructure are exclusively owned by ONCREATE LTD.

“Muza” and any related logos, trademarks, service marks, and brand identifiers (“Muza Marks”) are protected intellectual property of ONCREATE LTD. Unauthorized use of the Muza Marks, or any confusingly similar marks, is strictly prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by the Company.

Copyright Protection under the Law

All Content provided through the Muza platform is protected under the Berne Convention, the Law of Ukraine “On Copyright and Related Rights,” and applicable intellectual property laws in other jurisdictions. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of Content is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of the Company’s exclusive rights.

Your Content and AI-Generated Output

Where you upload your own photos or videos into Muza, you retain ownership of that material. Where you use the platform’s AI Tools to generate new images, videos, or other output from your own prompts and uploads, you may use that output for your own personal or brand-related purposes, subject to the Terms of Service. This does not grant you any rights in the underlying Muza presets, templates, AI models, or software used to produce it, which remain the exclusive property of ONCREATE LTD.

No Access to Your Accounts. Using Muza’s editing or AI generation tools does not give the Company any access to your social media or other online accounts. The Company does not request your account credentials, does not connect to your accounts, and does not publish content on your behalf; the Content and licenses described in this Notice concern only material created or accessed within the Muza platform itself.
